The coached session runs from 18.00 - 19.00. You can enter from 17.45 to warm up and must leave by 19.15.
All track sessions are suitable for all levels of runners, can be run at your pace and can be adapted by the coaches to suit particular needs. You are also always welcome to come along and do your own session.
