About the Event
Geoff is a qualified Spin instructor of 17 years and will be holding 2 Spin Classes in November to compliment your training over the winter. Looking to see how well attended and will then continue in Jan/Feb 2023. 16 spaces available.
Free of charge.
Trainers can be worn or if you have cycling shoes with SPD cleats these can be worn with the bikes.
Parking in Leisure Centre Car Park, Geoff will provide directions nearer the time.
Shower / Changing facilities can be used but you will need to bring your own towel with you.
